At Neurodivergent Insights, we are dedicated to fostering well-being, flourishing, and human connection among neurodivergent people. Our mission is twofold: to create wellness and mental health resources specifically for the neurodivergent community, and to educate mental health providers on delivering neurodivergent-affirming care.

We are also passionate about community-building and believe that much of neurodivergent healing happens through connection and shared experiences. Our Learning Nook is a space where individuals can come together to learn, share, and support each other on their journeys.

We are proudly a neurodivergent-owned and operated business, and we employ neurodivergent individuals.

Our Team

Our Dr. Megan Anna Neff, Founder, CEO

Dr. Neff (she/they) is an Autistic-ADHD clinical psychologist, author, speaker, podcast host, and community builder.

She began Neurodivergent Insights almost by accident. Driven by a passion to increase education and awareness of non-stereotypical presentations of neurodivergence, she started creating educational content on social media in 2021. In 2023, she transitioned to running Neurodivergent Insights full-time.

Dr. Neff spends most of her time writing, speaking, and running the Learning Nook community. She lives with her spouse and two children in Portland, Oregon. You can read more about her autism journey and discovery autism journey and discovery here.

Betsy McKeeman, Operational Support Manager

Betsy (she/her) works closely with Dr. Neff to make sure day to day operations run smoothly as well as being the primary point of contact for any customer support issues. From content design and editing to business operations, tech troubleshooting, customer service, and much more, Betsy is frequently the “person behind the curtain” of the business and happy to help you find the answers and support you need.
