Overexcitabilities and Self-Care Workbook
āØ New Release āØ
Do your overexcitabilities (OEs) sometimes feel like both a gift and a challenge?
If youāve ever wondered how to better understand and care for your unique emotional, sensory, or intellectual intensities, this workbook was created with you in mind. š
For this project, Dr. Neff teamed up with Kaylyn Gray, a 2E AuDHD artist and member of the Neurodivergent Insights team. Kaylyn developed a creative self-care framework to support her own overexcitabilities, and her perspective brings a fresh, youthful energy to this workbook.
Together, weāve created something Iām really excited to share with you: a resource thatās both playful and practical, designed to help you integrate your OEs into a balanced self-care routine. Overexcitabilities (OEs) are a common part of the neurodivergent experience, and we wanted to create a resource to help individuals honor, nurture, and work with their intensities with more intention and compassion.
