The Habits and Neuroplasticity Workbook

Habits and routines shape so much of daily life—how we start the morning, how we manage energy, and even how we sustain our well-being. Yet for many neurodivergent people, especially those with ADHD or autism, the typical advice about habits doesn’t always fit. Willpower and rigid routines can feel out of reach, leaving us stuck in cycles of frustration.

The Habits and Neuroplasticity Workbook offers clear, visual psychoeducation. Blending neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and lived neurodivergent insight, it explores how habits take shape—and how small shifts can gently rewire the brain to support everyday life.

Inside the Workbook

✦ Clear explanations of what habits are and why our brains rely on them
✦ Insights into habit formation and deconstruction through a neurodivergent lens
✦ Practical strategies like habit stacking, reducing friction, and environmental cues
✦ Visual tools and habit trackers to support sustainable change
✦ Worksheets and reflection prompts to help you design habits that truly fit your life
