Burnout Resources for Identification and Recovery

If You’re Navigating Autistic Burnout ...

Autistic burnout isn’t just being tired: it’s a slow, quiet unraveling. It builds over time from too much masking, too little support, and not enough space to recover.

You might feel it as a loss of skills, increased sensory sensitivity, or a bone-deep fatigue that doesn’t go away with rest.

And still, it’s often missed or misunderstood, even in clinical spaces.

We’ve pulled these resources together as a kind of gathering place. A spot to learn more about Autistic burnout, to feel less alone in it, and to find support: whether you’re deep in it, coming out the other side, or just starting to wonder if this might be what you’re experiencing.
