Brand & Systems Designer

With a background in graphic design and an AuDHD-OCD+ brain that desperately craves structure with flexibility, Kaylyn is the systems-minded creative behind NDI’s visual design and operational flow, aka the person who keeps things organized and beautiful. ✨

A concussion in 2018 led to the discovery of her ADHD, which later helped her recognize her autism during a period of deep burnout five years later. After stepping away from her stationery and design studio, Kaylyn found new alignment in working with Dr. Neff. She first discovered Megan Anna through the Divergent Conversations podcast, joined the Learning Nook, and has been deeply grateful for the community she’s connected with ever since.

Her work days are spent creating new resources, updating older work, building or refining back-end systems, maintaining our public-facing databases, and more. She loves bridging creativity with structure, making things clean and easy to take in, and creating tools that genuinely help people. Working with a neurodivergent-affirming team has been a breath of relief, and she’s deeply grateful to work in a place where shared values, accessibility, understanding, and care come first.

When she’s not designing or building out Notion systems for NDI, you can usually find her with her spouse and dog, listening to music, doing a puzzle, painting a wall in her house, learning about color theory, volunteering at her local playhouse, at the movies, or… still organizing her own personal Notion databases. 😜
