Community & Learning Platform Manager

Stephanie brings a unique blend of lived experience, diverse career paths, and a passion for creating accessible learning and community spaces to NDI. Her background spans math, engineering, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit leadership, all of which inform the wide-ranging skills and systems thinking she brings to every project.

Late diagnosed with AuDHD after a layered journey through motherhood, multiple careers, and navigating complex neurodivergence and mental health challenges, Stephanie understands deeply what it means to feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and misunderstood.

At NDI, she bridges education and community by designing courses that honor adult learning principles while managing and nurturing the Learning Nook community. Her work is driven by a desire to make things easier and more supportive for others, and to spread knowledge that heals.

Outside of work, she enjoys running, crafting crochet lace jewelry for her Etsy shop, and reading about neurodivergence, complex trauma, and Internal Family Systems — in the few stolen moments not consumed by parenting three kids and all the rest!
