    To say that this content saved my life is not an overstatement. Not even a little bit. I found this at the end of a 5 year skid. 5 years … and I finally understand why I was failing at work, failing at love, changing my life in the most glorious ways and still deeply depressed.     I picked up the burnout workbook and toolkit after trying another book from a different website and being unhappy with the lack of worksheets and activities in it. These books offer a good balance of information and actions you can take to better understand your burnout and improve your symptoms. The pages are designed to communicate the information concisely so as to limit sensory and information overload. I’m only a couple chapters in, but it’s already helped a lot!

    I bought this workbook the day I realized I had been in burnout for about six months, when my energy was at absolute zero. The book’s layout and language made it easy to read and comprehend so that I could start to make changes over the next few days, even while I was struggling.
