Great workbook! This is my first purchase from Dr. Neff, but I already know that it won’t be my last! They present information in multiple ways (visual, and different writing styles) which helps reinforce my comprehension of the topics. I appreciate the references since I also like to read scientific journal articles. This is like having a safe, inclusive mini-textbook. I also love that Dr. Neff has put significant effort into keeping the workbook content up to date. So much gratitude for this important work!!!

The purchase experience was slick and flawless, as expected from this source 🙂 The material itself is wonderfully presented (again, no surprise, having seen loads of infographics on the website over time). For me, it’s a wonderful combination of diagrams and crisp, clear English. This style of presentation is totally up my alley. The information is clearly and logically presented, TLDR is a hilarious and useful concept, but I devoured every word of the first chapter. Sadly, I haven’t gotten any further yet, moved on to a meditation course and other things. Score ADHD!!! :)) But I’ll be back to consume the rest, more than once, I suspect, as I seek to deeper understand my own mind.
