The ADHD Foundations Bundle

Tools for understanding regulation, rejection sensitivity, and motivation

This bundle brings together three of our most popular ADHD-focused workbooks — Executive Functioning, Rejection Sensitivity, and Interest-Based Nervous System. Together, they offer a comprehensive framework for understanding the ADHD interest-based nervous system and building strategies that work with your brain, not against it.

Each workbook blends research, reflection, and practical tools to help you:

  • Identify your regulation patterns and energy rhythms

  • Understand the emotional intensity behind rejection sensitivity

  • Harness interest and motivation to support follow-through and focus

Designed for personal reflection or to complement therapy and coaching, this collection supports both insight and everyday application — helping you move from self-blame toward self-understanding.

✍️ Using Your Workbook Digitally

  • On an iPad or Tablet. You can open the PDF in an app like GoodNotes, Notability or Noteshelf → write directly on the pages with a stylus or keyboard. These apps allow typing, highlighting, and handwriting with an Apple Pencil. You just import your PDF workbook, and it becomes “fillable” by writing or typing.
  • On a Computer. If you’re on a computer, you can type your reflections right onto the workbook pages by opening the PDF in Adobe Reader (free) or another PDF viewer. Some people also like to keep a separate digital journal or Word/Google Doc open alongside the workbook, copying over prompts and writing more freely there.
