The Interpersonal Factors Workbook (Clinical & Coaches Edition)

Supporting clients with rejection sensitivity, attachment, and relational healing

Relational patterns sit at the heart of so much of our emotional experience. This workbook offers a neurodivergent-informed framework for clinicians, coaches, and helping professionals who want to better understand and support clients navigating relational sensitivity, attachment injuries, and trust disruptions.

Inside, you’ll find psychoeducation, reflection prompts, and adaptable tools to guide your work around:

Rejection Sensitivity:
Understand the nervous system’s protective response to perceived rejection. Use worksheets and grounding exercises to help clients build awareness, regulation, and self-compassion in moments of emotional intensity.

Attachment Patterns:
Explore attachment theory through a neurodiversity-affirming lens. Identify how different attachment styles shape relational dynamics and use this understanding to support clients in developing safer, more secure connections.

Attachment Activation and Raw Spots:
Recognize and name the moments when clients’ attachment systems are activated. Learn strategies to help clients identify emotional raw spots, engage repair processes, and cultivate a sense of relational safety, within therapy or coaching relationships and beyond.

Designed to deepen clinical insight and strengthen relational attunement, this workbook bridges theory and practice to support more grounded, compassionate care.
