The Interoception Workbook — Clinician & Coach Edition

Interoception is our ability to sense and understand the internal signals of our body — things like hunger, thirst, pain, or fatigue. For many neurodivergent clients, especially those with autism, ADHD, or trauma histories, these signals can feel muted, confusing, or overwhelming. Yet interoception is deeply connected to emotional regulation, decision-making, and overall well-being.

This 105-page workbook, created by Dr. Megan Anna Neff (a neurodivergent psychologist), offers a practical and compassionate guide to interoception that you can use directly in your work with clients. It blends science, lived experience, and somatic strategies in a highly visual, user-friendly format.

What’s Inside

✦ Clear explanations of interoception and why it matters
✦ Reflections on how interoception and neurodivergence intersect
✦ Somatic practices to support clients in tuning into body signals
✦ Visual tools for emotional regulation and body awareness

📌 This clinician/coaching edition includes rights to share the workbook directly with your clients.
