Overexcitabilities and Self-Care Workbook (Clinical Use)

$59.99

āœØ New Release āœØ

Do your clients struggle with navigating their overexcitabilities (OEs)?

Overexcitabilities (OEs) ā€” emotional, sensory, intellectual, imaginational, and psychomotor intensities ā€” are a common part of the neurodivergent experience. While these intensities can feel like a gift, they can also present unique challenges for individuals seeking balance and well-being.

This workbook was created to support clinicians in their work with clients who experience OEs. It offers a structured framework that can be shared with clients to help them better understand their intensities and develop personalized strategies for working with them.

For this project, Dr. Neff collaborated with Kaylyn Gray, a 2E AuDHD artist and member of the Neurodivergent Insights team. Kaylyn developed a creative self-care framework to support her own overexcitabilities, and her perspective brings a fresh, dynamic energy to this workbook.

Together, weā€™ve created a resource that clinicians can use to guide their clients toward honoring, nurturing, and integrating their intensities into their lives with intention and compassion. With its blend of psychoeducation, reflective exercises, and practical strategies, the workbook serves as a supportive tool for exploring and working with OEs.

Hereā€™s whatā€™s inside:
