The Neurodivergent Sleep Workbook for Clinicians & Coaches
Restoring Sleep for Busy and Sensitive Brains
Sleep challenges are among the most common — and most disruptive — struggles faced by Autistic and ADHD clients. This 91-page workbook was designed as a practical, evidence-informed resource to help you support clients in understanding their unique sleep patterns and developing strategies that fit their lives.
Inside, you’ll find guidance on:
✦ Neurodivergent Sleep Struggles — why sleep is often complex for Autistic and ADHD clients
✦ Sleep Strategy Framework — a structured approach to identifying what works for each person
✦ Sleep Hygiene and Routines — supports to help clients wind down more easily
✦ Stimulus Control and Sensory Considerations — tailoring sleep environments to neurodivergent nervous systems
✦ CBT-I, Distraction, and Relaxation Tools — evidence-based methods adapted for Autistic and ADHD needs
The workbook includes worksheets and reflection exercises that can be completed in-session or between sessions, helping clients apply strategies and track their progress. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution — it’s a flexible framework to guide your work in supporting neurodivergent sleep health.
