With an eye for design and a degree in English, Kaitlin creates the graphics for social media content, workbooks, and more for Neurodivergent Insights. She specializes in transforming Dr. Neff’s long-form work into bite-sized content that resonates with audiences across platforms.

Though she is neurotypical (unless you count her anxiety! Shoutout to those with panic attacks), her empathy runs deep for the neurodivergent community. Her fascination with how uniquely different brains work fuels her excitement to be part of something truly meaningful and transformative to so many.

When she’s not pouring her energy into NDI (or her other jobs in events!), you’ll find her curled up on the couch playing Animal Crossing while Murder, She Wrote plays in the background. She loves escaping into a gripping thriller novel, painting watercolor landscapes, and visiting the local arcade with her partner (they are Down the Clown champions!)
