The Spoon Theory Workbook:

Understanding Energy Rhythms as a Neurodivergent Person

📘 A 57-page workbook that reimagines spoon theory through a neurodivergent lens.

Spoon theory has been an anchor in disability communities for years, offering language to describe the limits of energy when living with chronic illness, pain, or fatigue. This workbook adapts that familiar framework specifically for autistic and ADHD experiences.

Inside, you’ll find a highly visual, interactive PDF that invites reflection on your own energy rhythms. Whether you’re navigating chronic illness, burnout, or the daily push-pull of being neurodivergent in a world not built with you in mind, this tool is designed to help you notice patterns, make sense of limits, and care for yourself with more compassion.
