It was alright, there was some valuable information and motivation, but not as much work through and advice for problems as I thought there would be.

This. Is. Wonderful. The text is super easy to read plus there’s not too much of it, and I love that if reading feels like a lot you can just skip to the last part and work on the burnout plan. Also ADORE that this seller offers individual and clinic pricing – I work almost exclusively with neurodivergent people and have found this to be a wonderful guide for burnout no matter where you are on the ND spectrum.

This is absolutely lovely! It will be nice to have resources to share with people who don’t experience autistic burnout, and it will be helpful for me to have reminders of good coping mechanisms. Thank you!

Can’t say enough good things about these workbooks. Thank you so much for creating these, and for your work demystifying neurodivergence and educating all, especially outside of the ND community. The better and more openly we understand ourselves, the better the world can understand us. If you are an ND teen or adult, or a newly-diagnosed teen or adult, I highly recommend any or all of these workbooks.

I came across this while looking for resources on autistic burnout for a friend and it really resonated with me, too. Like the other guides in this series, this shorter book features helpful tips, easy-to-read (even for my ADHD brain) layouts, and great organization in the guide itself. I’ve been recommending this to friends and family, and I hope they read it!
